Refund policy

90-day returns

You may request a return within 90 days of delivery. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including new and slightly used items in good condition with their original accessories and packaging. We do not offer exchanges.

How to start a return

Email support@tovexi.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please wait for return authorization and mailing instructions before sending an item back. For setup or usage issues, our technical support team can help before you return the product.

Return shipping and fees

For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and arranging the return label. If an item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, TOVEXI covers reasonable return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by TOVEXI.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are initiated to your original payment method within a maximum of 20 business days after receipt and inspection. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
